Beluga V2: Better vaults for better yields.
We are proud to announce that we are launching Beluga V2! V2 will be an upgrade for all our vaults, as well as our entire protocol. The benefits include better security for users, more flexibility for the future, and stronger infrastructure for the whole protocol.
Oh and did we mention higher yields? Let’s dive in!
Smart Treasury
We will be building a smart treasury with part of the revenue generated from vaults, this treasury will be used to generate more profit to fund more community initiatives and fuel larger buybacks.
Full Site Redesign
We are working on a full redesign of the Beluga Protocol website that will make it easier to interact with the protocol.
Smart Vaults
We will later on be launching our smart vaults which will allow you to deposit one asset into the vault and get paid out in another, this will allow for all kinds of potential for vaults.
Our first smart vault to be launched will be smTSLA which will allow for staking CAKE and earning mTSLA dividends.
Better Emission
BELUGA’s tokenomics will later on adopt better emissions from farming to prevent existing holders from being diluted from BELUGA emissions.
To prevent holders from being diluted, we will put in place rewards vesting, farmers will be rewarded with 1/3 of their rewards up front while the other 2/3 is to be vested for 3 months. Currently this is not put in place in our current farming contracts.
Ventures
Using part of funds generated through the treasury, we will invest in other tokens in the Binance Smart Chain ecosystem to generate profit and fund larger buybacks.
Partnerships
We are working on establishing partnerships with other projects on Binance Smart Chain to brings vaults and more.
These partnerships are to bring value to both BELUGA holders and holders of the partner’s tokens.
